Needed some Fruit

Good Morning, I hope that your day is off to a Good Start So far.  Last night when I cracked the eggs to make dinner one of the eggs was a double yoke.. Kind of cool.

I ended up putting fried egg on a rice cake with avocado, humus and black beans. It was a yummy little creation. The black beans do kind of look funny though in this picture... haha

I was also craving fruit and I had to get a  few groceries so the pre-cut fruit at Meijer's was just what I needed. Eating healthy can be hard some times and take a lot of prep so it is ok to let Meijer's to the chopping every once in a while if it help you make the healthy choice.
