My Weekend 

It was 1/2 marathon Weekend for us :) Park to Park 1/2 Marathon.  Saturday was a great day for running the temperature was perfect and the weather was AWESOME !!! I got a new PR again this year with a 1:43:35 Finally brook that 8 min mile pace in the 1/2 which I was really Happy About ... #park2parkholland

Cool Weather

Cool Weather

I am just loving this crisp cool fall weather for Running. The air feels feels so good, maybe not so good for me getting out of bed in the morning because all I want to do is cuddle in but oh well....

My Grandma and Grandpa have a condo down in Naples Florida and they were recently down there for a few weeks to do some work on their condo... Well when they go down there my Grandma always comes back with something from Lululemon for us and a few treats from Trader Joe's since we don't have either of those near by. Rainy Days and Running

Running and Rain 

What a Raining day we had here in West Michigan, It seemed like it was never going to stop. It did stop raining enough though for us to still have our Cross Country meet, and it was a Great meet even though it was kind of wet and muddy. I am so pleased with how all the girls ran.

Just some Stuff

Last nights 6:00 Class was pretty quiet, as in it was just me :( Oh well it happens. So I set up a little circuit for my self with a chair, step, 2 bosu balls and the punching bag. I just kind of made it up as I went along...

Get Fit by Nature this FALL!  
Two Fitness Level Opportunities!


Low Impact Exploration on Mondays from 6:15 – 7:00pm
(We walk, climb stairs or hills and strength train… no running!)
High Intensity Exploration on Mondays from 7:00 – 7:45pm
(We run, jump, skip, climb and strength train in the great outdoors!)

FALL Session:  September 8 – October 27   
8 weeks = $48 for one class or take both classes for $72
Walk-ins = $8 per class or $10 to take both

 The concept is very simple.  We meet at a different park each week from Spring Break through the end of October (3 sessions total).  Then, depending on the park we are at; we explore our environment, breathe in the fresh air and get a great workout all at the same time.  No matter what your fitness level, you can do one of these classes.  Here are the details for our Summer Session:
   
Fall Session – September 8 – October 27 (8 weeks/$48/$72)

Sept. 8 - Macatawa Greenspace (NEW!)–1230 Paw Paw Dr.  Holland
Sept. 15 - Wolters Woods - 6281 146th Ave., Holland
Sept. 22 - Ridge Point Trails - 104th and 24th, Holland
Sept. 29 - Pigeon Creek - Stanton, West Olive
Oct. 6 - Hemlock Crossings - 8115 West Olive Rd
Oct. 13 - Zeeland High School Wetlands - Riley and State St.
Oct. 20 – Helder Park - Quincy and 104th, Zeeland
Oct. 27 -  Kollen Park (Gathering at Boatwerks after class)
