Superman x 30 seconds
Sit ups x 15
Burpees x 10
Circuit 2 - Three Times
Jumping jacks x 30 seconds
walking lunges x 30
wall sit with bicep curls x 30 seconds
alternating lateral lunges x 30
Circuit 3 - Three Times
tricep dips x 10
push ups x 10
squat jumps x 20
plank x 1 min
