Saturday I had a great 2 Hour Run and then Sunday a Nice little 3.5 Mile Shake out run.... both were outside. Then Monday Rolled around and I was Tired and winded could this be spring allergies? I am going to need to figure this out ... because it is Wednesday now and I am less Tired but I still feel like I am getting winded really easily :( Boo
