M. E. D (Movement Everyday Day) ??? Thoughts
10 Lateral Raise
10 Triceps Kick backs
10 Upward Rows
10 Front Lateral Raises
20 Ball/Wall/Knee ups ( Hold ball against wall and bring knee up to touch ball)
20 squat w/ leg raises
20 lunge front kick
20 balance ball but kickback
