My New Interval Timer

So I am always looking for ways to update my workouts make them more intense and change them up. While I was on the Daily Hiit website watching some of their workouts I noticed they used an interval timer for a lot of their workouts. So I thought why not, I want to give that a try. My New PINK interval timer came in the mail the other day and I was so excited to try it out. I did a 40/20 strength endurance work out last night and repeated it 3 times using the timer, it was fun and it really kept me moving. Let me know if you would like to see some of the workouts !!!
